So I made a deposit on Jan 4th (if I remember correctly) and since I didn't see the deposit next morning I decided to send a support ticket. I know there was a notice saying transactions are handled manually and that we have to be patient, but it has been freaking 6 days since I've deposited (with bitcoins) and I'm still not seeing anything on my profile. Haven't I been patient enough? How many days does everyone wait till they see their deposit?
What should I do?
My support ticket is still left open too.

Hello,
We are 5 now and there 3 people working on answering support tickets, and because they are human they work 8 hours per day and it's not enough time to answer all those tickets, especially when you have members send multiple tickets.

I have been waiting six days for a cashback and I believe it use to be 48 hours then it changed to instant, if I don't get cashback how are we gonna maintain our referrals?
